Each object is selected for its aesthetics, quality, character and timelessness, with the aim of giving these pieces a new place in contemporary interiors, boutiques and hotels.

Some objects carry a long history, while others are more modern in origin, but all pieces share the same idea:
made to last, loved for a lifetime.

Authenticity & Condition

Many objects at LUOR are antique or vintage and may show subtle signs of time. This is not a flaw, but part of their character and authenticity.

We describe and photograph each item as carefully and honestly as possible. If you have any questions about the condition, origin or details of a specific object, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

LUOR ships internationally.

Shipping and delivery times vary per item.

Delivery time depends partly on:

• the type of object

• the destination

• local customs and transportation processes

After shipment you will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your order.

We work with reliable carriers and carefully package each object in a way that is appropriate for the nature of the item.

International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments, import duties, VAT or customs charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. LUOR has no control over these charges and cannot determine them in advance.

Insurance & Risk

Due to the value and unique nature of our objects, we recommend insured shipping, especially for international orders.

In accordance with international trade conditions, the risk of shipment lies with the buyer once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Of course, we will assist wherever possible if there are questions or issues during transport.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and often fragile nature of our objects, the following applies:

Returns are not standard.

A return or refund is only possible:

• by mutual agreement

• in the case of demonstrable damage during transport

• or in the case of a clear deviation from the description

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt, including photos of the object and the packaging.
